Our Community, Our Healthbox

Our Community, Our Healthbox

Dixon Hall serves 10,000+ people annually, supporting at-risk youth, seniors, newcomers, and those facing housing, employment, and health challenges.

At Dixon Hall, we are always looking for ways to better serve our community, and the new Our Healthbox at 65 Dundas Street East is one of our latest efforts.

The Healthbox is a “smart” vending machine stocked with harm reduction supplies, HIV self-test kits, and sexual health products that give tenants easy, private access to important health tools right where they live. For many people, getting health items to stay safe including harm reduction supplies is difficult due to distance, stigma, or other barriers.

Our Healthbox offers a simple, easy and non-judgemental solution - naloxone kits, new needles and HIV test kits available around the clock, right in the building.
