Our Community, Our Healthbox
Hay River, the <span class="text-color-beige1">‘Hub of the North', </span>sits on Great Slave Lake’s south shore near the NWT-Alberta border, serving as the main transport link for goods heading north.
As an organization committed to support Best health, best care for a better future by equitable quality care and service that encourage individuals, family and communities to make healthy choices we believe that initiatives like the Healthbox play a crucial role in improving access to health promotion and harm-reduction items in a low-barrier, stigma-free way which will ultimately enhance the health and well-being of individuals, families and community as a whole.
